What’s a Huddle?

We are dedicated to efforts at a regional AND local level.

While we are a national organization working on the issue of youth voter registration, we also understand creating long-lasting infrastructure starts local. We are lucky to have a strong network of other pro-democracy organizations across the country with who share our passion for voter registration.

We partner with local organizations, educators, and students in our target districts.

Through on-the-ground connections, we are able to collaborate on location-based workshops. In our “huddles” we facilitate conversations & workshop with the community, gathering teens from multiple schools in the area, for a day of activation, learning, and preparation for student-led/adult supported drives.

Voter Registration in
New Hampshire!

November 2023

In November 2023, over 50 students, educators, volunteers and election officials from across New Hampshire gathered in Concord for the first-ever NH Youth Voter Registration Conference to learn about how they could work to strengthen democracy through high school drives. Twelve student and educator teams left with action plans for drives while additional volunteers and election officials leveraged their learnings from the day to collaborate on outreach plans to inspire drives within their own communities. The event was made possible through TCC's collaboration with Open Democracy NH and event co-sponsors NH Civics, 350 New Hampshire and NH Youth Movement. We're thankful for funding support provided by NH Charitable Foundation.
